Hello and Welcome!

Hi welcome to my Blog i’m new at this so please dont judge me too harshly, one of the main reasons i am starting this blog is to meet new and exciting people the other reason is to weave my way into the property development industry over the past year i have become involved in the property market and over the coming months i hope to begin my journey into the development industry! so if you are a builder or developer i would love to hear your thoughts or if you have any tips i would appreciate it, i’m hoping to blog all my experiences wether good or bad as i journey into a new and exciting career!.

Another Christmas

hey all it has been so very long since my last post, although i got to say i havnt had one hit since then sigh* well i hope that the new year brings me alot better luck!, anywho i guess i should probably wish eveyone a Merry Christmas and a happy new year! um…no silly videos this year.

So……I’m looking to move to another location next year closer to the city! so if anyone wants to move out with me or is looking to sell in the area of st.kilda and surrounds also anywhere in south melbourne and even north melbourne. jsut msg me and let me know the address so i can check it out!

now down to business there is a new exciting devlopment opening in sunbury. chance to build a set of shops on a very decent size block of land!

The block is on the corner of Outlook Way and Bellview Drive its the block above the word Outlook way.

its quite a nice area its also growing very rapidly and is in need of some shops to keep its growth strong so its a very good investment.
